Aviation Comms for a 48-Hour Evacuation

Challenge

A federal diplomatic security program needed full-spectrum aviation communications for a high-risk overseas evacuation — with less than 48 hours between the call and wheels-up.

NTS Response

Our team stood up resilient UNCLAS, SECRET, and Top Secret comms — secure voice, video, data, and tactical radio — linking DC command, aircraft in flight, and airports on the ground.

Outcome

Nearly 2,500 evacuees moved safely out of a high-risk theater — no injuries, no loss of life.

A Decade of Unbroken Broadcast

Challenge

A Navy low-frequency broadcast site in hurricane territory required continuous strategic communications through extreme weather and decades-old systems.

>99.99% availability, six consecutive years of "Exceptional" CPARS, zero mission downtime.

Seven Systems, One Certification Track

Challenge

A SOF program office had seven systems stuck in a twelve-month RMF queue — capability delayed, operators waiting, ATOs bottlenecked.

NTS Response

We re-engineered certification as a Family-of-Systems effort, compressing parallel approvals into a single accreditation path.

Outcome

All seven systems approved to operate in under six months — and counting.
